I used to work for the VSB under Local118 but way to much drama and what I felt was discrimination so I retired and was hired by Tight 5. I we'll say one of the most family oriented companies around everyone treats every employee like family. They have respect for you and they strive to bring out the best in workers.
Brian and Mike and all the team over at Tight 5 are amazing. When our general contractor did a horrendous job insulating, Tight 5 came in and fixed everything up. made all of pesky condensate leaks go away. Thank you.
