Did the grotto spa massages & tapas dining loved every minute of it
Beach is not easily accessible. Rooms aren't refreshed daily. Spa is just one mineral pool, hot tub and sauna. Overall it was just ok. I have stayed at other BC Spa/Beach resorts and had a better experience. The breakfast at the restaurant was great!
Over priced. Check in time 5pm. Not convenient.
We stayed four nights and were very pleased to get a high quality experience! I hate an overpriced hotel and was worried we were paying a price that reflected the season and not the product but this was a great location with beautiful, well appointed rooms and attentive staff. We (2 adults, 2 kids) had an ocean view room, never heard our neighbors, used the beach and pool extensively and enjoyed our entire experience in this delightful resort.
Kid and family friendly accommodation with many activities and beach front access. The air conditioning unit and window above the door without curtains combined to make the sleeping experience less than ideal. However, the most significant issue arose with a simple request to have access to a working space early in the morning. On the day prior to my 5:30 am call I asked the front desk if I could have access to a workspace for my call such that my family would not be disturbed.
