I can highly recommend Tiggy’s Oligoscan testing, which I found super illuminating. Wow, I thought I was living a very healthy lifestyle however, this scan was able to highlight the vitamins and minerals I had no idea I was deficient in, and register the heavy metals I need to detox from. Tiggy is extremely good at what she does. I had never done pilates before so I was a little apprehensive. That quickly went away as Tiggy's calming energy made me feel extremely comfortable. She customized the session to my fitness level and goals. She is an amazing coach, and educator, and just a cool human being. Highly recommend.
