Update: After posting this review, the Operations Manager reached out and provided excellent customer service. He explained the limitations of touchless systems and offered alternative options. I prefer touchless washes to avoid swirl marks. The rewash with the $16 option still left light dust and dirt behind, but I appreciate the prompt and helpful customer service. Thank you. Used this touchless wash three times since it replaced the old Exxon system. The first wash was fine, but the next two left a waxy residue that appears after a few hours and gets worse in heat. The film leaves raised spots on the paint and smears on the windshield. This isn’t dirt or rain—it’s chemical buildup from the wash that even attracts insects. The wash doesn’t rinse clean and isn’t worth the trouble. Now I’m going to have to lightly polish and detail my car—- which is more TIME and MONEY out of my day. Please fix you... read more
This no brush wash is a waste of money. Paid $16 for the ultimate wash and my car still looks like its been sitting under trees for weeks. I love the Market for everything else, but the car wash is absolutely not worth it. I'd recommend going to the Clean Machine Car Wash on Pantops.
Sorry,but my experience was not good. Paid $8 for a basic car wash and my car is still dirty, see photo. Waste of my money.
The wash was great, but the card reader kept reading busy. Thankfully a generous person behind me paid cash for my wash.
