Amy has been very helpful working through our membership contract and keeping the gym in clean, working condition. It's always a friendly place, and you're always greeted by name when you come in! Great neighborhood gym.
Free air but you have to bring your own hose.
You ALWAYS get what you paid for here! The workouts are challenging and effective. The NEW on-demand allows you to bring these same badass trainers into your home when it works for you. A perfect option for 2020. Highly recommend this studio!
