I’ve never done a review whether it was negative or not but Tiger Transmission has taken me through so many sleepless nights. They held my car for 6 days away from being 2 months…08/07/23 - 09/29/23. I don’t doubt they can do the service it’s just the non communication. Out of about 30 call I pulled up in my call log and out of these 56 days I got 3 maybe 4 calls from them that they initiated. Got them to put a transmission in my daughter's car. They said it would be finished in a week, but it was about a month, or over. When we got the car back, it was smoking & leaking. Additionally, one of our brand new headlamps looked old, air & dash gouges weren't working either. They said that wasn't their problem, but it was fine when it went in the shop. They towed the car back to their shop to fix leak. They said they fixed the leak, but it needed a cv axle & we owed 250. We had already paid them 3,400. They gave us 30 d... read more
