I was quoted $125 for the first hour of service when I scheduled an appliance inspection. After the visit, I was billed $175 — which included a $50 travel fee (that was never disclosed upfront), $75 for the first 30 minutes of labor, and an additional $50 for more time. I got a service call promptly and Dale showed up early after letting me know. He identified the problem and provided an estimate . I decided to replace the washer instead of getting it repaired.
