I had a billing issue with some unexpected fees. Kayla was very helpful and came up with what I thought was a very fair solution. That’s unexpected and very appreciated in today’s world. Thank you.
Absolutely the worst outsourced customer service I have ever experienced I ended my storage on April 30th which was a Sunday online, their policy is someone has to review it first, which they did Monday May 1st after the payment came out. I've called 3 times and can't get my $96 refunded
