We moved into a new home 2 years ago & did not renew service the previous homeowner had. We have had no trouble until the last few weeks. I've called numerous times and am always diverted to an extension that no one answers. I finally called after hours & spoke to a fellow who was helpful in silencing the beep but that was about it. I called again early the next morning when the chirping started again. Couldn't speak more highly of our experience with Tiger Security. Our initial meeting was with Fred, who a) had been very patient as several unexpected occurrences had caused us to move, then cancel, then reschedule meetings to discuss possibilities, then b) showed up to walk us through options with a good sense of humor about our eccentric house.
