Pelican/Tiger plumbing came out to find a gas leak for us. They were very unprofessional, and I called them multiple times to get follow up work performed through a third-party vendor. They never submitted the workload to be completed for a gas leak and we went for two weeks without gas in the house. I called multiple times and kept getting the same response which is that they were waiting on technician to submit paperwork to warranty company. Finally went with another vendor to perform the work.
