Richard is a great physical therapist! I went to Tiger Physical Therapy with excruciating right shoulder pain. Richard taught me shoulder and neck movement exercises, applied heat with massage and within 6 weeks my shoulder pain was completely gone!! I am so thankful I didn't have to have surgery. He also gave me some exercises for home to keep my shoulder in good health. I'm feeling so good that yesterday, I helped my husband wax our new 41ft. Tuscany RV!!! I started Tiger Physical Therapy back in May, of 2015. I initially pick this particular therapy facility because of its location and its flexible hours. With that being said, I could've asked for a better facility or Physical Therapist. The therapist who owns and runs the facility is Dr. Richie Cahanin. "Richie" as he prefer you to call him, is awesome. This was my first time every having to take any form of therapy, and he made it a comfortable and stress free transition. As a Captain on the New Orleans Fire Department, physical therapy after my knee surgery was very important. To return to work, it was imperative that I regain 100% mobility and strength due to the demands of my job, and Richie was dedicated to making sure I reached my goals. He is a very knowledgeable and caring Physical Therapist that I would certainly recommend to others, The one on one treatment provided is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger Physical Therapy! I had a massive and extensive surgical repair of a torn rotator cuff and other issues, which necessitated a very slow and long rehabilitation.
