Excellent customer service! A few customs issues but all taken care of. We had to change addresses for shipping for logistics issues and it was immediately adjusted. Thanks to Bobby for all the help, phonecalls and patience!

I’ve had a Gallet LH050 from Tiger Performance for just over two years. Recently I sent in for service to upgrade the visor detents. Service was swift and economical, they worked REALLY hard to meet my schedule and get the helmet in possession before a major expedition. Tiger really is working for the customer! Great product, awesome support!

I purchased my helmet from Tiger Performance 4 years ago and had an amazing experience then and again more recently when I damaged my mic (due to my own carelessness) and had to get a replacement. Bobby in particular is super responsive and helpful when trying to navigate the plethora of options. I much prefer wearing my helmet over a regular headset...it is much more comfortable and practical with the built in sunshield.
