Absolutely amazing company. I’ve dealt with Sasha, tina and Sonny for years. Never had an issue, always excellent customer service, knowledgeable with any questions I may have, and the product line is by far top of the line., I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.
Read ALL the one star reviews because this is exactly what you get. My story mirrors all there's.... unmet promises, horrible communications, excuses for everything as they vehemently argued against facts, you name it!! The products may be good, I never got the chance to find out.

I had an emergency. My batwing broke on the last day of my EMS shift on Thursday, and I discovered it was broken that Friday. After explaining to Tiger Performance the situation and that I would require the batwing for night NVG flights NLT than June 4th. Tiger Performance was very responsive to my needs, helping navigate the complicated new tarrifs system, which oddly doubles the batwing price (well beyond the 50% tariffs on European imports), and because this item is totally necessary to perform my job and cost wasn’t an o... read more
