I purchased an expensive gold necklace only to find out later that it wasn't pure gold as advertised. I called them and they said to bring it in that it had a money back guarantee. After a long process of numerous tests it was confirmed that it was not pure gold through and through but they did not offer my purchase price back but offered seven hundred dollars less. Tj was rude and disrespectful towards me ,and my fiancé. Also telling his employee, (I believe this is also his wife) to shut her f****** mouth. When asked if he treats all his customers this way he replied saying to “just get out” yelling “this isn’t a game” because I asked if I could get more than the offer I was given. He was not the person that gave us the offer. He jumped in and told us that “this isn’t a game” and too “just get out”. Terrible customer service.
This a a first rate shop (5 Stars). The product, selection, staff and prices on everything keeps me coming back. I feel like my business is appreciated and that’s important to me as a customer and I know it is to TJ and his crew. I love going in here and always find something to go home with. If you haven’t been in here; visit this shop. If you have been in Tiger; you know what I’m saying to be true.
