My husband called this service when his truck had a tire problem on the road. On the phone they promised one price, but when the work was finished they charged him almost double. He was stuck on the highway with no choice but to pay, and that is exactly how they take advantage of drivers. Our company had a very unpleasant experience with this service. One of our drivers had a tire blowout on the highway, and I was the one who arranged the repair. On the phone we agreed on a clear price, and I trusted their word. However, after the work was done, the bill was almost twice as high as what we had discussed. this company put me in a terrible spot. i called them to help our driver with a tire on the highway and we agreed on a set price over the phone. when the job was done they charged almost twice more and just brushed off my words like it didn’t matter. because of their lies i got blamed at work and lost my bonus. it’s humiliating and unfair. they play dirty with people who trust them and leave others to deal with the consequences. i will never forgive this kind of behavior. beware, they don’t care about honesty or respect.
