There was a delay in getting a surgical table. When I called, they moved heaven and earth to get it to me by the date I needed it for our cases. A great company that does what is needed when its needed
I was asked to assist (outside of my area of expertise) with getting an vendor account set up and an order placed through our new system. Jacob was very kind and patient with me, and we were able to figure it out together. He seemed knowledgeable and followed up with our questions afterward very quickly.
