I have been a victim of ID theft and recently discovered this company on my credit report...do not know who they are. Been told that any business can really put an inquiry on your report. How can this be legal and how can people try to get thier information corrected and upstanding when companies like this just randomly put inquiries on your credit report!!!!!

This company calls me nonstop, every day, for bill collection of the house's previous owners from 12 years ago. How can you legally harass someone that has no connection to a person except they live in the same house as the person you're looking for, plus this number has been registered to the same person for 20 years! If I had my way I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They denied cashing a check I had, OK, I understand why but, here comes the really unprofessional part. I asked for the copy of my check back, because I have been a victim of fraud. (The reason why I cash my checks at Rapid Cash in the first place) They told me no, they have to keep it for the state audit, if the state comes in. Sorry?? It is not my problem that she is a trainee and is unsupervised, it's YOURS!!!!! And honestly, it's not hers either!! I hold you, the Asst Mgr. responsible for this mishap. You should not talk to her, your boss should be talking to you for not training her right. I am so angry that you feel you have the right to "talk" to her about it. I work at the bank. The person that verifies fund over the phone seems like chewing something, you can hear her smacking throughout the conversation. I don't want to judge her maybe that's the way she talk over the phone. It stills sounds unprofessional. Thank you. Don't know which branch she is calling from.
