Failure to contact
I tried to contact you about building my fence but no one ever called me back. So I went with a different company. I wanted to use y'all because I was told that y'all were the best.
We waited 6+ weeks to schedule to confirm measurements/be placed on the schedule with multiple calls and emails without them ever being able to confirming a date.

These people have lied to us for 6 months so far (currently we have half of our fence up). Unable to reach them after hundreds of attempts- my husband had to walk into their business to actually speak with someone at which point he was still given run around. I would NOT recommend them. The literal worst experience I have ever had with a business.
