I have been using Tiger for years and I even spoke to the main manager about how many times the young attendants carelessly spray the tires and this is always noticeable.. half the tire is sprayed with tire shine. The last time my F-150 went through, the system pretty much misses 75% of my truck roof including my large sun roof glass. So now I am now wondering why I am paying $12 for a very unprofessional service. I will definitely be checking out other drive through car wash sevvices.
It’s very convenient to my home although I’ve noticed the past few times I’ve been that the manager & some of the employees speak very unprofessional. Definitely need to improve customer service & cleanliness. Seems as if they don’t care about the place or their job. Cars are getting scratches. Obvious that the equipment doesn’t get cleaned as needed. I will be driving further to a different place.. If you’re going to work with the public. Please use proper communication.
This is a clean car wash that gets the job done. They also have strong vacuums and it's easy access from Hwy 76. The staff has always been friendly.
