I came by last week on my way home from work & Jaxson went above & behind to provide excellent service! My car has never looked cleaner, he even helped me clean my weathertech mats!!
I went through this car wash yesterday evening. There were two young gentlemen there who were exceptionally polite, respectful, and helpful. One, named Jaxson, answered my questions about memberships and different services included with each. The other, named Bryce, showed me how to use the car mat cleaning machine. I will definitely be visiting this car wash again…it’s my favorite!!
I came to have my truck washed on September 4 at approximately 5:30 p.m. and paid $27 for the service. After paying, I found out there was no water available to wash my truck. When I raised the issue, I was told, “Well, it looks washed for the most part,” even though my truck had not been touched. I am extremely disappointed that I was charged for a service I did not receive.
Bryce was super willing to help and came out to offer to clean my wheels and tires! He did a great job!
Even though $12 is a tiny bit steep for a quick wash as I was vacuuming an employee named Jason came and offered to clean my rims and tires on top of that he actually took his time and did a great job I really appreciated that Jason ... Tiger Express Wash as a whole is the best car wash in that area..👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
