I had good service with club carwash until my side mirror got damaged and I filed a claim and waited for 30 days for them to review it. I got an email finally and they said that they aren't liable for the damages because it's pre-existing which is a entirely false statement, what that means if your property is damaged in the carwash we aren't responsible to fix it. I'm disgusted and appalled with the way they handled my claim and treated me in the process. I had to pay $519 to get my side mirror fixed. I can't believe this i... read more

My back rear bumper was dented and pushed down about an inch after going through the car wash and It wont even let me contact the company I need to get this fixed
Quality was unsatisfactory! When I drove over to the vacuums, I noticed the plastic trim between my drivers side windows was damaged. Either from the chemicals or the brush during the car wash. I thought Id spray it and wipe it would wipe off but no luck. Its quite noticeable. When I asked the manager what they could do, he said nothing. Wipe it with some AmorAll when you get home. Not what I planned on doing after a professional car wash!!
