When I hire a contractor, I expect them to understand and follow the building code. We hired Tiger Elite Construction to do some finish work in our basement and main floor. Our basement was being converted into a legal permitted duplex, but the permit was ours and Jason was helping with final touches. Love working with Jason and his team. As a local Realtor I often have jobs that need quick attention and unique needs. There's very little Jason can't do...He's eager, does his best for availability quickly and he sticks to his quotes. If you need someone that shows up and makes sure it gets done, Jason is reliable.

We recently hired Jason to install and build our bedroom closets. Throughout the process he was always very punctual and helped us design custom shelving to maximize our closet space. We appreciated that he kept us informed each day by sending photos of his progress. He even agreed to do extra work around our house, including paint touch-ups, caulking, and sanding and re-painting our walls. He was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him for similar type jobs around the house!

I used Tiger Elite Construction to do a ton of work on three rental units. Jason was fantastic to work with and did high quality work. We did floors, painting, cabinet modifications, repainting and refacing. Jason always keeps you informed and up to date on the progress of your project and is somebody you can rely on.
