So first of all the company did excellent job doing all the electrical wiring in my house. I’ve never had any issues with that. Also, I recently asked Tiger Electric to do wiring for a hot tab. Again they were super responsive and helpful. They gave me a good price and did high quality work. Thank you Bryan and Tiger Electric
BE ADVISED: tiger electric says the use of coax cable is obsolete and they do not put into their new home builds. if you are a rogers customer this will have a negative impact on your ability to use rogers services. request any other electrical contractor for your project if you are a rogers customer.
I had a significant problem locating the cause of a tripped GFCI that wouldn't reset. I thought it was a defective outlet because my line voltage tester kept telling me I had a hot ground but I couldn't find it even after replacing the GFCI with a new one. I did check line voltage to the plug and it showed 124 volts. Good indication that the breaker was fine and so were the other outlets so I 'guessed' on the outlet being faulty. I was wrong. They did the wiring on our new home and we had issues with our living room and family room breakers nuisance tripping when our TVs were on for a few minutes. I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon and got a call back within an hour. They came a few days later and replaced them with a new, more reliable option that can better handle consumer electronic devices.
