They stole our money! Nobody showed up, they don't answer the phone or respond through messenger! This is a scam. They only message they sent was saying they hoped we were satisfied and asking to schedule another service!! I'm calling the BBB!

Purchased a 4 hour deep clean on Groupon. Booked on Facebook and they arrived on time. Worked the entire 4 hours & got almost my entire home deep cleaned. I signed up to receive bi - weekly service at a rate I can’t complain about.
Tiger Clean Team is a scam. They tried to steal my money. The good thing is that I paid through PayPal. They scheduled a Monday for both my mother's home and my home. They never showed up . When contacted they told me that they were delayed because their first customer's carpet didn't dry because of the humidity. What company stays for the duration of carpet drying?
