Every time I ask for a mid fade, he just does his own thing and gives me a high fade instead. I tell him to trim just a little on top, and he ends up cutting off a huge chunk. Cost me bloody $60 for something I didn’t even want. And if you think I’m being unfair, trust me, I gave Terry plenty of chances. I kept coming back, wasting $60 each time. I’ve been so many barbershops in Melbourne. Don’t get me wrong, there are tones of great barbers, but not everyone can play with scissors like Terry. Can’t tell how many time i’ve had awesome fades but it’s so hard to find a barber that can cut my thick and straight asian hair. Terry is a whole package. The best customer service, good understanding of different types of hair and his attention to detail. If you wanna look fresh before a big night out, go see him. He’ll sort it out for you
