Older black gentleman was very rude to my nephew. Nobody even greeted him so he took the initiative to approach said older worker behind the glass. He was met with a cold “im working with another customer” (there was no one in the line) so my nephew stepped away only for 1 minute later for the worker to yell out what do you need. Then he tried to charge him when our family visibly has a card on file connected to our account. Rude throughout the whole interaction. Terrible customer service.
