Worst place ever. I went to belk to buy makeup for my almost 4 year old for her dress up time. 1st the your employee had the nerve to tell my daughter that make up is for big girls not her. Then after talking to her friend and taking her time she looked at me like I was scum on the floor walked off and went to another cash register to check other people out.
