My doctor put in a referral in June I made a appointment for a Sat and they called me 2 days before saying”we don’t do Sats anymore and I asked if I could get in soon so she told me she call me back they was trying to get me in that day but had to get my insurance to approve it I got a call back they couldn’t get a same day approval from my insurance so we set up a appt for weds Aug 2 today aug 1 I got a call saying my insurance said it wasn’t medically necessary and to call my insurance so I called they said that was untrue... read more
The staff was friendly but the facility is not up to standards as far as being noisy. Every time the heater turned on it sounded like a storm coming in. The staff decided to have a catch up meeting right outside my door. I don't think the sleep study results were accurate or valid.
Good atmosphere, with a friendly staff. It is a new location, with some remodeling going on. But they have a good system, with a trained staff. So the future looks bright for them and whoever visit that facility.
My son is soon the be 4 we started at 7:30 maybe and was done by 10:45, my son was over it after he woke up. We had Tabatha as our sleep tech. She was so patient and just all around great with him and all his uncertainties about being hooked up to everything. It helps me as his mama to have someone be understanding and down to earth when I'm put in these situations with my baby. She never made me feel bad that he didn't make it through the night, or how overly excited he was to be in a new place when we got there.. She will ... read more
