Great to my client.
They took amazing care and they were very sympathetic! But they did log my oral temperature but it was never taken, that’s a little red flag for me!
Miss Savage was very hospitable she made sure that everyone was comfortable and explained the wait timeframe and apologized that the wait was alittle longer than usual. She handed out warm blankets to people waiting to be seen. She even went as far as providing the children with coloring books to keep them busy during the eait. Once we got back in the room, she brought me some snacks and something to drink. I was not the patient so she really didnt have to do anything for me but she did.
