Extremely slow staff. 5 hrs in the waiting room with only blood pressure taken after my husband fell from a 12 ft ladder on his head. The nurse yanked on his dislocated elbow repeatedly without ever looking at the x-rays that were right in front of her. It took them a total of 13.5 hrs to take an xray and send him home in a sling with no pain medications. They never did an xray of his head or neck.

My 2 year old was recently hospitalized. The staff were excellent all around. The respiratory team was awesome. They continuously gave my child breathing treatments routinely per my request. The nursing staff showed care and compassion towards us. I never felt uncomfortable or the need to find treatment elsewhere. The doctor was very honest and willing to listen to find the root of my child’s issues. The NP gave us full support as parents and had mine and my husbands back on our decisions for our little one.
