The staff were so nice, efficient & had everything coordinated. My first visit yesterday, X-rays, talked with Dr. & hygienist. All questions answered & future appointments set up on needed cleaning & repair work. Very impressed, I was able to return next day for a thorough cleaning, Mary was my hygienist. She did a wonderful job, my teeth look & feel amazing. She was so gentle & thorough, this practice has their act together
I used to go here but now I am skeptical. Everytime I went in I would be charged a copay and always there was an amount owed. That amount was everytime I went in. I tried to speak to Tracey but it seems it's always an issue. My husband went in June 2023 and we had double insurance. Then I kept being told I owed this or that. Then Tracey says she makes mistakes but it seems like I am the only one. When my husband goes it they don't charge him but the copay. We recently changed from another dentist to Dr. Tift. What a great office! Everyone is so nice, and Dr. Tift is WONDERFUL: very thorough, informative, and full of good cheer! Thanks for the outstanding care that we've received!
