Several years ago, I bought a pair of Rivets with Fototec lenses. Best pair of sunglasses I’ve ever owned. They finally got scratched so I called Tifosi to find out how to buy another lens- and Kurt took care of me. I had a brand new, in the box pair in my mailbox in 3 days. Best customer service in the business!! Thanks so much!
I'm new to the Tifosi brand, but after their excellent customer service (thank you, Anna!), they've now got a customer for life. I went to REI to check out Tifosi's Moab shades in person before committing. Moab didn't work for me, but their Rail XC did. Ordered a custom pair from Tifosi and just ... didn't love them when they came in -- the arms didn't look good to me. I have never felt compelled to write a review for an optics company until now. I have generally stuck with the big 3 optics companies for my optic needs, but recently, while searching for golf glasses I ran into Tifosi Optics. After reading reviews and finding a style that would fit my needs I purchased a pair of Shumos with sports lenses and honey frames. Ordered the rail fototec lenses for cycling, and love them. Slight discoloration after a couple uses (not enough for me to return them.) Called customer service and they shipped out a replacement, no questions asked. Good product at an excellent price, and customer service that lives up to the brand rep.
I was on a 3000 mile bike ride from California to Florida while in Alabama I hit a metal grade on a bridge. Over the handlebars and a face plant. My shatter proof Tifosi eye wear saved my sight. Love you, your product and your team!!! Chuck Keels
