Excellent cookie and customer service, they went above and beyond with my delivery!!
These cookies are addictive, and I believe they are better than any of the competitors. Every chocolate cookie I try is compared to Tiff's because they have become the baseline for my taste. That being said, the price is out of control so I deducted one star. It seems to continually go up every year or two and currently at $2/cookie it just doesn't make sense. At this point, at least for us, we only order when there is a coupon of 40% minimum.
