Terrible! I placed an order at 1:17pm to be delivered to my husband at his job in Denton for his birthday. The soonest delivery time listed was 2:45pm-3:30pm (which is what I selected.) Around 3:15pm I had not received an update on my order/delivery so I called Tiff's Treats. I was informed they were running behind so they are waiting for a door dasher to pick up the order.
