Jake was very sweet, I order via DoorDash and the order didn’t go through until 30 minutes after I placed it and he was very communicative, put it in immediately and gave me a free cookie for the wait, even though he did not have to just really appreciate his customer service.

Worst service ever. Ordered 24 hours in advance and my delivery is still over 2 hours late. Customer service told me the driver was 5 minutes away, but the tracker showed the order hadn’t even been picked up. Forty minutes later, still no delivery. This was a promotion gift for an employee who leaves at 2 PM and may not even receive it. Frustrating, embarrassing, and unacceptable. Do better, Tiff’s Treats.
