I was greeted by Ida with great customer service!
Just left from here and is very disappointed only to have waited an hour just to get cookies that was not freshly baked...The said part about it is that the server is trying to convince me that they just came out of the oven luke.warm and crunchy...I have never in the years of buying these cookies on-line and not been hot and fresh...This is why I love these cookies...but today was our worst experience...🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
