I came here looking for a cookie pie - per all the social media I saw - she looked at me crazy. I then got 3 cookies since they didnt have a cookie pie and asked if they had a rewards system so I could bank some rewards - again had no clue. So I got my 3 cookies, paid and left.
Extremely long wait. Unhelpful staff. I was told my order would take 10min, then told another 10 min. It didn't come out until 35 min after it was supposed to be ready. The store was empty and the manager was unhelpful and disrespectful.
I always get the peanut butter, pecan chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin and they are always warm and moist upon delivery. These are by far the best cookies I’ve found.
