Came here for the first time and didn’t have a pleasant experience. It wasn’t busy around 8:30pm 7/16, and whoever was working the register didn’t say hi or anything. She walked over to the cookie case, opened the glass doors, put her hands behind her back, and said ok. Like huh? Ok what girl!? She took my order and I paid then I asked her how to get my rewards because I never been there before and she said I was supposed to tell her before so I can’t get them now. Been in here a few times everyone was nice. However this time I went in they act as if they didnt wanna assist I asked a question about something I always get which is half and half she told me i couldn't. I get it she went to talk to the boss manager whatver she was never did even try to assist or even attempt to make things right. I went online to order it and it would let me I just didnt even give them my money because they acted as if they didnt want any business. Didnt speak or have no kind friendly aura about them.
Love me good ole warm cookies and they provide it!!!
