I am an avid supporter of Tiffs Treats and have been there atleast 2 dozen times over the last few years, ordered my usual cookie collection and got home, started eating a cookie starting with the yellow cake cookie and it was almost completely raw, said okay, stuff happens, took a piece of the next, Oatmeal Chocolate Chocolate, same, completely raw, then proceeded to check the rest of the cookies, and they were also raw and the rhe Brownie was hard, almost burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. I ordered some cookies for a client and accidently sent them to their old address. I spoke to the delivery driver who told me to call customer service. I called the store (because the company's customer service is email only) and they took care of it immediately. They got a redelivery to the correct address, and my invoice said $0.00 under their delivery instructions of "We Make It Right".
