I’m 56 and pole has been so good for my fitness. I highly recommend the instructors. I drive over an hour to come to class because it’s totally worth the trip.

Tiffany has a great studio and the environment is so welcoming. I came in not knowing a whole lot and she was so enthusiastic about showing me all kinds of tricks and skills. There is a great, tight-knit community of regulars as well, and they are just as kind and welcoming. If you've EVER considered a pole class, try Aerial 51 out! And if you've never considered a pole class...well maybe you should. 😉
