This place is not authentic Indian cuisine. The Biryani was just rice sautéed with random spices. The side dishes that came with the Dosa were watery and flavorless. I wouldn't recommend this place for good Indian food.
Slow and inefficient cooks that move with no sense of urgency. I am left waiting 45+ minutes for a single person’s food order. Whoever is training them should never word in food service

Favorite Indian restaurant in Boulder ! Love that they can make almost anything dairy free. I could eat their veggie korma or masala every day. Garlic naan is also delicious. This is definitely more of a take out place though - Not much of an ambience for dining in. But food is always ready on time and fairly promptly for pick up. Can order directly through their website for better prices and to better support them from the huge cuts that DoorDash and GrubHub take.
