Words can’t describe the relief I had when I found this practice! Great location, cozy lounge and convenient parking. The staff and Drs are amazing! Dr Jackson is caring and patient with my 2yo son and 5yo daughter! They don’t fuss when we come for our checkups. My child has been a patient for 8 years and I have given several referrals bc Dr. B is great! Unfortunately, the front office staff lack customer service and follow through. In short, I received a same day cancellation charge in error for a 4/7 appointment. They tried to charge me $75 for a cancellation that was on their end due to not running the insurance when the appointment was made to make sure it was active. They wanted to fault me and that's not right at wrong. Even people if it was a same day cancellation, life happens and people get sick and so on and can't control that. Most doctor offices charged $25-$50, they are crazy to think I'm going to pay $75 an appointment they cancel due to the insurance not being active.
