This is our first baby and as soon as we walked in the office I feel like we had a special welcome committee haha! I must say Dr. Jackson made me feel important as a new mom, which was no surprise that she treated our sweet girl like she was the most special thing. Her tech triaged raelyn was phenomenal and hilarious . Dr. Jackson is an exceptional physician who truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail are outstanding. The office staff is friendly and efficient, making every appointment a positive experience. I LOVE LOVE how they care for our kids.
They stated they couldn’t confirm insurance so we paid for my sons first few visits out of pocket as they stated they would reimburse us once insurance confirmed. We contacted our insurance and they confirmed the doctors visits were covered by insurance and accepted. We have spent over 9 months trying to receive hundreds in refunds. Always told its being mailed- never received. Experienced waiting over an hour for appointments with a less than 1 year old. First time Mom, was looking forward to taking my newborn here after birth in a few weeks. But cannot seem to get anyone on the phone, they answer and immediately put you on hold. Dont say a word. Bad customer service.. will be looking into other options.
