I had a very traumatic experience with this office. Staff is very sweet & welcoming but the doctor on call Dr Jackson seems like she’s a new pediatrician. I came in at 5 days postpartum with my newborn extremely uncomfortable from childbirth first pediatricians office I’ve ever been to that doesn’t accommodate mothers. They had nowhere soft for me to sit. My baby had a Mongolian spot on his arm that the hospital didn’t put in his discharge paperwork. She reported it to dfacs. I had to go through an investigation. I loved this office for many years until recently when I was advised they do not accept marketplace insurance. After 9 years we now have to leave and go elsewhere.
We absolutely love Dr. Jackson at Premier Pediatrics! Our boys are always excited to visit the office — they even make up reasons to see Dr. Jackson sometimes! She has such a kind and calming demeanor and a wonderful way of connecting with children. She truly listens to every concern and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Words can’t describe the relief I had when I found this practice! Great location, cozy lounge and convenient parking. The staff and Drs are amazing! Dr Jackson is caring and patient with my 2yo son and 5yo daughter! They don’t fuss when we come for our checkups. My child has been a patient for 8 years and I have given several referrals bc Dr. B is great! Unfortunately, the front office staff lack customer service and follow through. In short, I received a same day cancellation charge in error for a 4/7 appointment.
