I LOVE LOVE how they care for our kids.
They stated they couldn’t confirm insurance so we paid for my sons first few visits out of pocket as they stated they would reimburse us once insurance confirmed. We contacted our insurance and they confirmed the doctors visits were covered by insurance and accepted. We have spent over 9 months trying to receive hundreds in refunds. Always told its being mailed- never received. Experienced waiting over an hour for appointments with a less than 1 year old. First time Mom, was looking forward to taking my newborn here after birth in a few weeks. But cannot seem to get anyone on the phone, they answer and immediately put you on hold. Dont say a word. Bad customer service.. will be looking into other options.
I had a very traumatic experience with this office. Staff is very sweet & welcoming but the doctor on call Dr Jackson seems like she’s a new pediatrician. I came in at 5 days postpartum with my newborn extremely uncomfortable from childbirth first pediatricians office I’ve ever been to that doesn’t accommodate mothers. They had nowhere soft for me to sit. My baby had a Mongolian spot on his arm that the hospital didn’t put in his discharge paperwork. She reported it to dfacs. I had to go through an investigation.
