Top notch service from Edward, who worked late to ensure my elderly mother wasn't without her toilet any longer than necessary. Over and above, but still reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with how fast I got a response to my inquiry, and how punctual the technician was. My problem was able to be fixed same day so that was a plus. Definitely would recommend.

We did only the estimation part, initially we thought that problem was very serious, but the guy find a real problem which we can fix by ourself, and it was free, which was nice. But we skipped on the service itself, because the price was too high for us, but we were very pleased with our communication.
