When I made my reservation, I had a very hard time understanding what the guy on the phone was saying. His English is not very good at all. They need to have someone there who can speak English clearly so you can understand them. Now for the room. #112. It was ok except for the sheets on the beds. They were flat sheets that kept coming off all night long. They were too short for the beds. There were dark marks in the toilet, like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile. Do NOT book with this hotel! We did and had an emergency come up that we had to cancel, while trying to do so, the clerk at the front desk said it is their policy that they can not cancel the reservation, even for a family emergency! Then called us back at home, said no then hung up on us. As soon as he hung up on us, he ran my credit card! They are very rude people and very unprofessional, DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They would like me to give this hotel a star rating....ok here it is -10!
