Jeff was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. He fixed the issue in my bathroom. He even answered an after hours frantic phone call from me and taught me how to turn off my water valve while my house was flooding. ( total separate issue lol) Grateful for him & his service.

Called Midcity on the recommendation of a contracting friend. We got next day service because of that. We had a bit of a plumbing issue, not the end of the world, a leaking toilet. We have other washrooms so it was an inconvenience more than an emergency. Well Jeff the plumber came the next day, gave us several options, didnt push anything on us, totally professional and left the final decision to us. Jeff from MidCity Plumbers is a wonderful plumber. He is friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and kind. Our duplexes hot water tank slowly corroded from the top and finally started leaking everywhere. Of course it was 9:30pm at night. Jeff was able to fit us in the next day and stayed late to make sure we'd all have hot water the next day.
