Had an appointment w this spa when ishowed up the lady was at a funeral bt i recieved no courtesy call, the gentlemen at the counte told me to bring my dog back tomorrow in the am, i did just that. Marie had my dog for the better part of 8 hrs just for a cut, she gave me excuse after excuse, then says if its too late when shes done shell bring him home to me in her car.
