I was disappointed. Like another reviewer I also waited for an appointment. I waited over thirty minutes before someone told me it was cancelled. The second time I had to wait but not nearly as long...this time the person showed up! I think the prices are ridiculous! I don't feel welcomed, I feel like another dollar!

After waiting for nearly 1/2 hr for my appointments; the facial I had was good but she cut 15 mints off the hour, maybe to make up the late starting time. Then the massage room was cool and the fan overhead was on high, which made some of the relaxation go away. At the end of the massage the therapist did a head massage that completely put my hair into almost an afro and I am a white girl!!
