Sharon answered the phone and snapped at me when I asked questions about the installation of the glass sliding patio door that I had installed by Tiffany's Glass and Mirror. I was calling because I had another company give me a quote and they told me the problem was not the glass door but the installation. The sliding door brackets were installed incorrectly. The door is misaligned.
