We enjoyed our stay at a beautiful home on BHI through Tiffany’s Beach Rentals .They were very responsive and efficient through the whole process. We especially appreciated Joe who gave us a lot of useful advice on activities and dining options. He was very responsive and polite.
Our view for the next two weeks. One week down, two to go. Turtle time is quick at BHI.
Rent this quiet, isolated, and adventurous home this summer! This house is located in the center of the Maritime Forrest, so you and your family may get a few visitors (deer) hanging out in the backyard. No worries, they are super friendly. We haven't even gone on the trip yet but I called to confirm our ferry tram reservations set up by Tiffany's Beach Rentals and they had booked only 5 seats instead of the 7 we required. The ferry company said there were only 5 available, which is probably why they did that. I called Tiffany's Beach Rentals up to inquire about this and the person who answered the phone was very rude. We just rented a home from Tiffany's Rental.The home was not ready for guests.Drains didn't drain.Beach chairs were broken.The charcoal grill was a rusty mess,which Tiffany told us she put it in the locker herself.The two golf carts had to be taken to the shop,No Brakes!We truly enjoyed our 8" TV in the bedroom.All this for only $3000 + for a week.Tiffany was rude,obnoxious,and a plain joy to deal with.She will not move you to another home,and there will be no refund.Needless to say we arrived Sunday afternoon and departed t... read more
We stayed at one of Tiffany's properties in August and she took such good care of us we will never rent from anyone else. The home was fantastic and we appreciated her endless hospitality. The first was great to work with and we look forward to many visits to the island. Jersey Shore, PA
Our family was so looking forward to our vacation on BHI. We rented Hakuna Matata and after one night, the family vacated the premises. An infestation of three inch palmetto bugs and mold in two upstairs bedrooms rendered the home uninhabitable. The golf carts were in poor shape and one broke down twice, leaving my son stranded once, and my mother-in-law and grandkids stranded a second time. Tiffany was rude, and even yelled at my cousin. The house is lovely. I would definitely recommend for a nice BHI vacation. However, the management company, Tiffany's Rentals, is less than desirable to work with and makes you feel as though you are bothering or inconveniencing her when speaking. Before visiting the island we were left with a unfriendly and uncaring taste in our mouth. We will definitely be back to the island, but will never rent through this agency again.
