It was my first visit and unfortunately I wouldn’t come back. The customer service was disappointing. I bought a slice of mocha cake to eat with my toddler, but it was dry and tasteless. When I asked about exchanging it, I was told the cake needed time to come to room temperature: something that should’ve been mentioned at checkout. This is my first time leaving a bad review for anything, but after reading other negative reviews, I felt like I should share my experience as well. I ordered slices of cake for my son's birthday and I had several guests come up to me and tell me something was off with the flavor of the mil ojas slices.
