Dr. Valverde helped review the prescriptions from my previous family care physician and made changes that have truly made a difference in my overall health and well-being. She refused to refill my prescription for unknown reasons. She did not even bother to come to the phone and explain to me as of why she did not want to refill it.
The front office and office manager were very welcoming and friendly and so very helpful and the office was very clean. The building was very nice and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Dr Valverde was polite but had a set way that they do the first appointment. I was not able to discuss other issues that I had unless I gave up something else. If you're looking for a physician who TRULY listens, asks you questions, explains things, and supports you through your concerns.....Dr. Valverde is it! I switched to her because my previous physician was brushing off my concerns to a point that I was starting to feel crazy, and I left Dr. Valverde feeling so validated and with a plan that actually made sense. Dr. Valverde is the exact kind of doctor I was looking for.
