The front office and office manager were very welcoming and friendly and so very helpful and the office was very clean. The building was very nice and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Dr Valverde was polite but had a set way that they do the first appointment. I was not able to discuss other issues that I had unless I gave up something else. If you're looking for a physician who TRULY listens, asks you questions, explains things, and supports you through your concerns.....Dr. Valverde is it! I switched to her because my previous physician was brushing off my concerns to a point that I was starting to feel crazy, and I left Dr. Valverde feeling so validated and with a plan that actually made sense. Dr. Valverde is the exact kind of doctor I was looking for.
I am so happy to have found Dr Valverde. Understanding doesn't rush you with as may questions that you may have. Is an excellent Dr. The staff at Baptist is also very nice and the nurse's are great.
An exceptional physician who takes the time to truly listen to her patients. She demonstrates remarkable patience and provides support, creating a safe and comfortable environment where patients feel heard, valued, and understood.
Dr Valverde is amazing ,, her listening is great an she is always on time,I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the provider.Highly recommended.
