I would give zero stars if possible. Dismissed from the practice without notice over a $200 balance . My appointment was cancelled without notice and now I am denied access to my endocrinologist in the midst of a medical emergency. Terrible communication, rude staff and unacceptable practices. Dr Tsang is absolutely amazing and my review has nothing to do with the care she has provided. While her level of patient care and professionalism is remarkable the office staff and policy's leave much to be desired.
I was in so quickly I did t have time to finishing the paperwork! Dr. Tiffany Tsang was kind, empathetic and proactive in my treatment. It was a great experience all around! Highly recommend!
I was told to see an endocrinologist because bloodwork my OBGYN did showed high prolactin and she wanted me to get a full hormone panel due to multi systemic symptoms I've been experiencing. My husband and I are considering having kids in the near future. Dr. Tsang tested less than my OB did. I came back with elevated ACTH and cortisol levels which I had to ask about.
