I've had a positive experience with Dr. Tsang in managing my thyroid condition. I agree she does not spend a lot of time but all I really need is bloodwork once or twice a year and a doctor to make sure I'm on the right medication dosage.
Please listen to the negative reviews and do not schedule with Dr. Tsang. My previous doctor, who was fantastic, left the practice so they scheduled me with Dr. Tsang. I drove an hour for this appointment because my previous doctor was so great, I thought it would be worth staying with the practice. What a waste of time. My appointment was 4 minutes long. I would give zero stars if possible. Dismissed from the practice without notice over a $200 balance . My appointment was cancelled without notice and now I am denied access to my endocrinologist in the midst of a medical emergency. Terrible communication, rude staff and unacceptable practices. Dr Tsang is absolutely amazing and my review has nothing to do with the care she has provided. While her level of patient care and professionalism is remarkable the office staff and policy's leave much to be desired.
I was in so quickly I did t have time to finishing the paperwork! Dr. Tiffany Tsang was kind, empathetic and proactive in my treatment. It was a great experience all around! Highly recommend!
