The office staff has no regards for your time or schedule. I filled out new PT paperwork back in Oct 10th, 2022 (10 pages worth) The earliest opening the Dr had was Jan 14th, so I booked it. I get a call today from the office. Sorry the Dr will not be in the office on Jan 14ht You need to reschedule the earlies open we have is April 24th You have got to be kidding me. They could care less about you or your time. Move on, and don't waste your time on this practice.
Big kudos to not only Dr. Grubb for his excellent care, but to his amazing staff, especially Tashea. She has always managed to get me in when a situation arises and always greets me with a big smile! They get a very well deserved five-star from me!

Dr. Pradeep, I like very much. Her staff is not good, and not helpful. In particular, her nurse has failed to complete a standard request for information from my pharmacy which she has received six times. In each instance, I was on the phone with or standing in front of the person sending the request. I verified that each company who sent the request (3 in total) had the correct fax number.
